Cindy Bear™ cabins are equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, and TV/VCR for video cassette use only. Bedding and towels are provided for each bed in the unit. Fresh towels available upon request. Cindy Bear Cabin 2

Cindy Cabin 2 is a one room studio cabin with covered front porch. One queen and two twin beds. Bathroom with stall shower and toilet. Sleeps 4 people.

Cindy Bear Cabin 3

Cindy Cabin 3 is a one bedroom cabin. Covered porch with a beautiful view of Meadowdale Valley. One queen-size bed in bedroom and two full-size sleeper futons in living room. Large kitchen with eating area. Bathroom with stall shower and toilet. Sleeps up to 6 people.

Cindy Bear Cabin 31 or 32

Cindy Cabins 31 and 32 are one bedroom cabins with loft. Queen size bed in bedroom and 4 twin mattresses on the floor in the loft. Loft is tall enough for an adult to kneel in. Kitchen with eating area. Covered front porch. Sleeps up to 6 people.

Cindy Bear Cabin 7

Cindy Cabin 7 is a two bedroom, one bathroom log cabin. Queen size bed in each bedroom. Two full-size sleeper futons in living room. Large kitchen with eating area. Full bath. Sleeps up to 8 people.

Cindy Bear Cabin 8

Cindy Cabin 8 is a three bedroom, two bath home with two fireplaces. Queen beds in bedrooms. Three full-size sleeper futons in the living room. Large kitchen with eating area. Close to park amenities. Great for groups and reunions. Sleeps up to 12 people.

Things You Should Know

Pets Policy

No pets allowed with cabin guests. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged to rental units found with pets.

Extra People

Extra people 4 and older are an additional $7.00 per person. No exceptions to the maximum number of people in each unit will be made.

Deposits

A deposit of 50% of your stay is required to confirm a cabin reservation. We accept Master Card, Visa or check (30 days in advance) for deposit. Payment in full is required for cabin reservations for all Holiday and Halloween Weekends at the time of booking and are non-refundable within 30 days of arrival.

Cancellations

Refund of deposit is guaranteed (minus a $25.00 handling charge) if reservations are canceled prior to 30 days of arrival. If you cancel within 30 days you forfeit your deposit. No refunds for early departures.

Discounts

There is a 20% discount available Sundays through Thursdays on cabin stays prior to June 15th and after August 15th.

Minimum Stays

Reservations that are booked prior to April 1st, 2009 have a 4 night minimum in Cindy Cabins for dates staying between June 15th and August 15th.

Memorial Day, Labor Day, and 4th of July are holidays and require a 3 night stay.

Reservations made after April 1st have no minimum stay during the week, and a 2 night minimum over the weekend.  If there is a shorter time between confirmed reservations, we will rent that time.
