Thank you for considering Jellystone Park™ of Estes for your next family or group event. We offer 86 campsites, 17 cabins, and 3 RV Rentals which enable us to accomodate groups as small as 2 people, all the way up to 100 people, depending on your lodging needs.
For us to better serve you we have a couple of requests:
- After speaking with the “group leader” we will be happy to send out a packet to that person containing brochures and information to send on to additional family/group members. Please note that the most complete and up-to-date information can be found here on our website.
- All reservations must be made directly with the individual occupying that particular cabin or campsite to be sure they get accurate information about price, what we supply with the unit, and what they need to bring. Reservations can be made via telephone at 1-800-722-2928 or our Online Reservation Request Form.
- A deposit of $50 is required to reserve campsites, or a deposit of 50% of stay is required to reserve cabins or RV rentals.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash or check (checks must be recieved 30 days prior to arrival). Deposits made by check need to be recieved no later than 7 days after the day the reservations are made. Please be advised that checks are NOT accepted at the time of arrival.
We have a large covered outdoor pavilion area for large groups wishing to congregate during dinner time or for special activities. Our pavilion can seat up to 80 people and offers a large propane grill, propane heater, lighting, electricity outlets, and banquet tables with benches.
The pavilion should be reserved in advance and is available at various times for up to 2 hours. We use our pavilion area for several activities throughout the day so we need to work your time at the pavilion around our activities program. A rental fee of $50, and a cleaning deposit of $50 is required to reserve the pavilion area. If the area is left nice and neat with all trash picked up and tables wiped clean the $50 cleaning deposit will be returned.
