All of our RV units are setup on existing campsites and hooked up to water, electricity, and sewer. All linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, dishes, pots, and pans are included. Each RV also has an awning, picnic table, fire pit, and barbecue outside. Note: Interior pictures shown above are representative of Booboo 3 and 44

Booboo 2

Twenty-nine foot fifth-wheel located on site #2. Queen size bed in front bedroom with privacy door. Bathroom with shower and toilet located in the center. Kitchen and eating area in the rear with table, couch (folds down), and a TV/VCR for video tape use only. Sleeps up to 4 people.

Booboo 3

Twenty-six foot travel trailer located on site #3. Queen bed in front bedroom with privacy door. Kitchen area with couch (folds down), table, and TV/VCR for video tape use only. Twin size bunk beds located in rear next to bathroom with shower and toilet. Sleeps up to 5 people.

Booboo 44

Twenty-six foot travel trailer located on site #44. Queen bed in front bedroom with privacy door. Kitchen area with couch (folds down), table, and TV/VCR for video tape use only. Twin size bunk beds located in rear next to bathroom with shower and toilet. Sleeps up to 5 people.

Base number of people for each RV is four. Extra people over the base number are an extra $7.00 a night.

Things You Should Know

Deposits

A deposit of 50% of your stay is required to confirm a RV reservation. We accept Master Card, Visa or check (30 days in advance) for deposit.

Pet Policy

Sorry, Cabin and RV rental unit guests are not allowed to bring pets into the park.

Cancellations

Refund of deposit is guaranteed (minus a $25.00 handling charge) if reservations are canceled prior to 30 days of arrival. If you cancel within 30 days, we will refund any nights we are able to re-rent minus the $25.00 handling charge. Sorry, no refunds for early departures.

Discounts

There is a 25% discount available Sundays through Thursdays on RV stays prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day.

Minimum Stays

Reservations that are booked prior to April 1st, 2008 have a 4 night minimum for dates staying between June 15th and August 15th.

Memorial, Labor Day, 4th of July Weekends: 3 nights.

Reservations made after April 1st have no minimum stay during the week, and only a 2 night minimum during the weekend.  If there is a shorter time between confirmed reservations, we will rent that time.
