Park Policies

GENERAL CAMPSITE INFORMATION:

  • Check in is after 1pm – • Check out is at 11am
  • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am
  • One family or 6 people per site. A family is defined as parents & their dependent children
  • One vehicle per site. Additional vehicles must be parked in a designated overflow parking area.
  • Day passes for visitors are $5.00 per person Holiday and Halloween $10 per person
  • Pets must be cleaned up after, kept on a leash & not left unattended
  • ATV’s, motorbikes, fireworks, guns are not permitted in the park
  • Reservations can be made one year to the date in advance
  • Possession and use of marijuana is prohibited

Minimum Stays:

  • Weekdays, no minimum stay is required
  • Weekends- 2 nights- Friday and Saturday
  • Holidays – 3 nights – Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day
  • Halloween Weekends- 2 night-Friday and Saturday

 

Camping disclosure: We are located on a hillside and our campsites are gravel/dirt. They are designed to provide a true mountain camping experience. We do our very best to accommodate site requests however we do not guarantee specific campsites and reserve the right to change your campsite if needed.

 

CAMPSITE DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Payment in full is due at the time of reservation

Cancellations made 7 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded to the credit card given at the time the reservation was made less $10 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date are non refundable.

Holiday and Halloween Weekend reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund less $10.  Reservations cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date are non refundable.

Reservations cannot be changed or moved within 7 days of your arrival date.

Holiday and Halloween reservations may not be changed or moved within 14 days of your arrival date.

Changes will be treated as cancellations and re booking and cancellation fees will apply.

Reservations not check in by 11am the morning following your scheduled arrival date will be released without refund.

 

CABIN & RV RENTAL GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • Check in after 3pm
  • Check out is at 11am
  • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am
  • All Units are Non-Smoking
  • No exceptions to the maximum number of guest per cabin or RV rental
  • Pets are NOT allowed with cabin/RV rental guests. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged to guests found with a pet in a cabin or RV rental and you will be asked to leave with no refund.
  • Reservations can be made one year to the date in advance

Minimum Stays:

  • 2 night minimum stay on all RV and Cabin Rentals.
  • 3 night minimum stay is required on Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day. If there is a shorter time available between confirmed reservations we will rent that time.

 

CABIN/RV RENTAL DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Payment in full is due at the time of reservation

Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee and credited to the credit card that was provided at the time of the reservation.  Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture or your deposit.

Holiday and Halloween weekends require payment in full at the time of the reservation and are nonrefundable within 30 days of your arrival date.

Cabin stays cannot be changed within 30 days of the arrival date and will be treated as cancellations and re booking and cancellation fees will apply
