RV & Campsite General Information:

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM

RV and Campsites Check In is 1 PM. Check Out is 11 AM.

One family or 6 people maximum per site. A family is defined as parents & their dependent children.

Only 1 vehicle allowed per site. Overflow parking is available at a charge of $5.00/day.

Deposits & Cancellation Policy:

A required deposit of $50 for RV & Campsites. Holiday and Halloween weekends require full payment at the time of booking and is non-refundable within 14 days of arrival.

If you need to cancel your reservation you must do so 7 days prior to the date of your arrival for your deposit refund less a $5 cancellation fee. Within 7 days to 24 hours of your scheduled arrival there will be a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 1 PM the day prior to arrival, or you do not show, we will retain the full deposit. Cancellations for Holiday reservations must be within 14 days. A cancellation after this time will result in a forfeiture of deposit.

Reservations not checked in by 11 AM the morning following your scheduled arrival date will be released without refund.

Pets:

Pets are welcome on campsites as long as they are always attended, cleaned up after, and on a leash.

Minimum Stays:

For weekdays, no minimum stay is required.

For weekends, there is a 2 night minimum stay.

For holidays - Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day - there is a 3 night minimum stay.

Halloween Weekends are a 2 night minimum stay.

Cabin & Rental Unit General Information:

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM

NO exceptions to the maximum number of guests stated per unit.

Deposits & Cancellation Policy:

A deposit of 50% of your stay is required to confirm a cabin reservation. We accept Master Card, Visa or check (30 days in advance) for deposit.

For all Holiday and Halloween Weekends payment in full is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable within 30 days of arrival.

Refund of deposit minus a $25.00 cancellation fee is given if reservations are canceled prior to 30 days of arrival. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival you forfeit your deposit. There will be no refunds for early departures.

Pets:

Sorry, cabin guests are not allowed to bring pets. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged to guests found with a pet in our cabins or rental units AND you will be asked to leave the premises with no refund.

Weekday Rental Discount:

Receive 20% discount on cabin stays Sunday through Thursday prior to June 15th & after Aug. 15th.

Minimum Stays:

Reservations made prior to April 1st, 2010 have a 4 night minimum stay in Cindy Cabins & RV Rental Units, and a 3 night minimum stay is required in Yogi Cabins between June 15th and August 15th. Memorial Day, Labor Day, and 4th of July are holidays and require a 3 night minimum stay.

Reservations made after April 1st have no minimum stay during the week, and a 2 night minimum stay over the weekend. If there is a shorter time between confirmed reservations, we will rent that time.
